You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please have a look at EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS below to make sure your item is eligible for return.
If you are returning goods outside CAD please write on the customs declaration that it is a return of unwanted goods. Any customs duties charged to us will be automatically be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and will exclude mailing costs. We suggest sending back your return as a tracked package as we cannot accept liability for any lost packages.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the shipping information, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES/ FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned like:
- Items with tags removed
- items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
- Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Items that are soiled or stained.
- Items that have been laundered.
- Items not returned in original packaging.
- Items not returned as a complete set.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All orders are final- we do not accept order cancellations or modifications. Our team works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure our continued prompt service. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return. After you receive a confirmation email please allow 5 business days for your funds to be placed back into your account.

Please also note that under no circumstance are refunds issued for any delayed shipment outcomes. As mentioned in our shipping policies, shipping outcomes are considered to be the liability of the buyer on the basis of the delivery method selected at checkout.
