Possible outcomes include but are not limited to the occurrence of missing or delayed shipments, and any damage to parcels as they pass through customs in addition to import taxes that may apply.

UNCLAIMED/ MISSING SHIPMENTS
All shipments are delivered with our return address in the event that parcels go missing in the mail delivery service. If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package, Canada Post will automatically send back your package to us. We are under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed packages. Please double check your shipping information is correct at checkout and select a shipping method that works for you: tracked or untracked. Should your package get sent back to us, a refund will automatically be processed with the deduction of the costs for shipping and a 15% processing fee. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered with an appropriate time frame.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
Given the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, all shipments are due for some degree of delay. As per the regular updates provided by our mail service carrier, these delayed outcomes may vary on the basis of the shipment address. If you are seeking to receive your order by a specific date, please ensure that you have ordered ahead to allow ample time to overcome possible shipping delays, or have selected an upgraded shipping method at checkout.
Although in our experience our domestic standard shipments have arrived within the 7-10 day delivery window, all American and International shipments remain in significant delay.
